Shipping is completely free of charge worldwide. We also accept free returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery. Check our whole FAQ for more information.

We have two main warehouses, one inside the US and one located in China. Your order will be shipped either from the US or China, depending on product availability and customer location. In any case, including overseas express shipping, the total delivery time (handling and transit included) ranges between 17 to 24 business days.

Please be aware that as we offer worldwide shipping, actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location and local customs processing.

It is possible to cancel or modify your order as long as it has not been processed or shipped! If the order is already in progress, a cancellation or restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on the matter.
