Where is my order shipped from?

We have two main warehouses, one inside the US and one located in China. Your order will be shipped either from the US or China, depending on product availability and customer location. In any case, the shipping method used from overseas is express, so the shipping time remains between 15-20 days on average.

Please be aware that as we offer worldwide shipping, depending on the location of the customer the real shipping time could be a few days less or more than what is advertised.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

It is possible to cancel or modify your order as long as it has not shipped! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee can be up to 50% of the purchase price. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on the matter.

Most are cute except a few gon and Killua and blonde I forgot his name they became things in a few cards but it’s fine and box hard to open

I really loved these letters, they are of excellent quality! The very firm colors, at a very affordable price and arrived in approximately 2 weeks. I love them!!! And the seller sent me a couple of stickers and a thank you card, very nice detail. Highly recommended.
